The bigger features got their own posts. Here's everything else we've shipped since launch.
A new look
Convo has a new logo, new app icons and a new share card, so links to your webinar look sharp when you post them on WhatsApp, X or Instagram. We also rewrote the homepage to explain more clearly what Convo does, and what it doesn't.
Notifications in your dashboard
There's now a bell in your dashboard. It tells you when:
- someone registers for one of your webinars,
- a payment on your account goes through, and
- we have an announcement for everyone.
Notifications clear themselves after 30 days.
A Contact us tab
Need help? The new Contact us tab in your dashboard lists every way to reach us: WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, X and email. Pick whichever you'll actually reply on.
Better email delivery
Every Convo email (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) now includes a plain-text version alongside the designed one, and replies go to a real inbox. Both help emails land in the inbox instead of spam, which matters when your reminder is the reason someone shows up.
Replays for registrants
People who registered but missed the showing get a replay link in their follow-up email. The replay page only opens for registrants, so your class isn't public.
WhatsApp numbers at signup
Your registration page can collect a phone or WhatsApp number, so you can follow up where your buyers actually reply. It's optional for registrants, you can switch it on for your embedded form too, and it's included when you export your list.
Overlapping showings
If your webinar runs several times a day, showings can now overlap without clashing. Each registrant is pinned to their own showing, and the Pay Now button appears on time in each one, even when nobody from your side is watching.
Security and reliability
We did a full security pass: rate limits on registrations and chat messages, stricter security headers, a proper forgot-password flow, and a show/hide toggle on password fields. We also sped up the background jobs that send your emails and start your showings, so they run on time even when lots of webinars are scheduled together.
This blog
And finally, this blog. We'll post product updates here, plus guides on running webinars that sell. Start with how to run your first automated webinar.
